Sally Nelson, CEO of Huntsville (Texas) Memorial Hospital, retired effective Jan. 25, according to a report by The Huntsville Item. 
Ms. Nelson had been at the hospital's helm for five years. She still plans on leading the Huntsville Memorial Hospital Foundation during her retirement, according to the report.
Ms. Nelson was replaced by Shannon Brown, the hospital's CFO, according to the report.
