The Hospital & Healthsystem Association of Pennsylvania has named its officers and board of directors for 2013.
Garry L. Scheib, COO of the University of Pennsylvania Health System and executive director of Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia, was named chair of the organization.
Steven P. Johnson, president and CEO of Susquehanna Health in Williamsport, now serves as chair elect.
Scott A. Becker, FACHE, CEO of Conemaugh Health System in Johnstown, serves as treasurer.
Paul Bacharach, president and CEO of Uniontown Hospital, serves as immediate past chair.
New members named to the board include:
