Four health systems have named chief strategy officers in the first two weeks of March:
1. Scott Johnson was named chief strategy officer of St. Luke's Hospital in Chesterfield, Mo.
2. Shannon Downing was promoted to chief strategy officer of Tenet Health Central Coast, a California division of Dallas-based Tenet Healthcare. She served in the interim role for the past year.
3. Timothy Kan was named chief strategy officer and senior vice president of San Francisco-based UCSF Health.
4. Maurice Lagarde III was named New Orleans-based LCMC Health's first chief strategy and growth officer.
