Gulf Coast Medical Center in Panama City, Fla., has named Carlton Ulmer as CEO, effective Aug. 1, according to a WMBB 13 report.
Mr. Ulmer brings more than 16 years of healthcare administration experience to the role. He most recently served six years as COO of Redmond Regional Medical Center in Rome, Ga. Prior to that, he served as COO of Parkridge Medical Center in Chattanooga, Tenn., and in service line administrator roles at Tulane University Hospital and Clinic in New Orleans.
