Greenbrier Valley Medical Center in Ronceverte, W.Va., named Tom Neal, RN, CEO, effective Dec. 5, according to The Register Herald.
Here are four things to know:
1. Mr. Neal most recently served as COO at Hilton Head Hospital in Hilton Head Island, S.C.
2. He worked at Hilton Head Hospital for 10 years, where he served in a number of leadership roles and was responsible for the development of a 60,000-square-foot outpatient center.
3. He has previously served in the U.S. Army.
4. He holds a master's degree in business administration from the University of Louisville (Ky.) and a master's degree in healthcare administration from the California College of Health Sciences, an online university.
