Salem, Ark.-based Fulton County Hospital CEO Charles Willet tendered his resignation, according to an Areawide News report.

1. Mr. Willet joined the hospital in July 2013.
2. He will depart from the role July 1.
3. In a letter to the hospital's board of governors at their monthly meeting, he wrote, "Over the last five years I have enjoyed working with the dedicated staff at this facility to improve our services to the community we serve," Areawide News reports.
