Fitzgibbon Hospital in Marshall, Mo., has announced Darin Haug, DO, as CMO, according to a Marshall Democrat-News report.
Dr. Haug is currently executive vice president of academic and medical affairs and dean of the College of Osteopathic Medicine at Kansas City (Mo.) University of Medicine and Biosciences. Prior to that, he served as medical director of the emergency department and the hospitalist program at Fitzgibbon Hospital. Dr. Haug will return to Fitzgibbon to begin his CMO duties Sept. 3.
