Ross Matlack, president and CEO of Fisher-Titus Medical Center in Norwalk, Ohio, has stepped down from his position, according to a Sandusky Register report.
In a hospital announcement of his resignation, no reason was given for Mr. Matlack's departure, according to the report.
Mr. Matlack became president and CEO in June 2013.
Lorna Strayer, executive vice president, will serve as interim president until a permanent replacement is found, according to the report.
