Utica, N.Y.-based Faxton St. Luke's Healthcare has named Michael Trevisani, MD, senior vice president and CMO.
Most recently, Dr. Trevisani served as vice president of medical affairs and CMO at UHS Chenango Memorial Hospital in Norwich, N.Y., and UHS Delaware Valley Hospital in Walton, N.Y.
