Chattanooga, Tenn.-based Erlanger Health System's COO and CNO, Lynn Whisman, and Erlanger Health System Foundations' president, Betsy Chapin Taylor, have both stepped down, according to a report by The Chattanoogan.
Ms. Whisman first joined the system in 2007 as vice president of patient care services. No reason for her resignation was given in the report.
Ms. Taylor has left Erlanger to become a principle consultant for Third Sector Strategy, a healthcare philanthropy consulting firm, according to the report.
