Dustin McFarland, MSN, RN, has been tapped as CEO of Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Middletown (Del.).
Mr. McFarland joined the hospital in 2018 as a nursing manager and became CEO in August, according to a Sept. 18 system news release shared with Becker's.
Encompass Health is a 165-hospital system based in Birmingham, Ala.
