Emanuel Medical Center in Turlock, Calif., named Lani Dickinson, BSN, its permanent CEO, effective immediately.

1. Ms. Dickinson has served as interim CEO of the hospital since March.
2. She previously served as chief nursing executive of Dallas-based Tenet Healthcare's former Western Region.
3. She also has experience serving as the COO at Lakewood (Calif.) Regional Medical Center.
4. She is a member of the American Organization of Nurse Executives and American College of Healthcare Executives.
5. Ms. Dickinson earned her MBA at the University of San Francisco.
