1. Mr. Griffith comes to El Camino Hospital from Tanner Health System in Carrollton, Ga., where he served as COO and chief strategy officer.
2. He has also worked at Salinas (Calif.) Valley Memorial Healthcare System.
3. He holds a master's degree from Monterey (Calif.) Institute of International Studies.
