Edinburg (Texas) Regional Medical Center and Edinburg (Texas) Children's Hospital have selected Jerome Brooks as COO, according to a Your Valley Voice report.
Mr. Brooks previously served as vice president of New Braunfels, Texas-based Endeavor Healthcare.
