Cooperstown, N.Y.-based Bassett Healthcare Network named Carlton J. Rule, MD, CEO of O' Connor Hospital in Delhi, N.Y., and Tri-Town Regional Hospital in Sidney, N.Y., according to a report by The Daily Star.
Dr. Rule most recently served as regional medical director for Bassett Healthcare Network's southern region. He succeeds Dan Ayres, who announced in July that he is retiring from the position, according to the report.
