Mr. Lopez was previously the CEO of Fort Duncan Regional Medical Center in Eagle Pass, Texas. Both Fort Duncan and Doctors Hospital are owned by a subsidiary of Universal Health Services, according to the report.
According to the report, Mr. Lopez has 24 years of experience in healthcare.
