San Francisco-based Dignity Health has named Edmundo Castaneda president of Mercy General Hospital in Sacramento, Calif., according to a report by the Sacramento Business Journal.
Mr. Castaneda replaces Denny Powell, who retired in June.
Mr. Castaneda was previously the CEO of Sierra Medical Center in El Paso, Texas.
