Lewes, Del.-based Beebe Healthcare has named Ashley Foster its senior vice president and chief people officer, effective Feb. 27.
In her new role, Ms. Foster will manage the health system's human resources and organizational development departments — serving more than 3,000 team members, according to a Jan. 26 news release shared with Becker's.
She most recently served as assistant vice president for Charlotte, N.C.-based Atrium Health, acting as head of human resources and strategic partner for medical group operations, primary care and women's service lines, and the greater Charlotte region south market.
