Del Sol Medical Center in El Paso, Texas, has chosen Gary Purushotham as COO.
Mr. Purushotham previously served as director of management engineering at Methodist Healthcare System and associate COO of Methodist Texsan Hospital, both in San Antonio.
He also was accepted into Hospital Corporation of America's Executive Accelerated Market Program, a program that prepares employees for senior leadership roles, according to the news release.
