King of Prussia, Pa.-based Universal Health Services has named Darlene Wetton CEO of Temecula Valley (Calif.) Hospital, which is under construction and set to open in fall 2013, according to a report by The Press Enterprise.
Ms. Wetton was previously the COO of Corona (Calif.) Regional Medical Center, another Universal Health Services hospital.
Ms. Wetton's first role will be to select department heads to help staff the hospital with up to 300 physicians and 700 employees, according to the report.
