Community Memorial Hospital in Hicksville, Ohio, has selected Michelle Waggoner as CEO.
Ms. Waggoner had been serving in this role in an interim capacity after former-CEO Melvin Fahs announced plans to retire in February.
Ms. Waggoner joined CMH in 2001 and has held managerial roles in several departments.
