Mark Stensager, president and CEO of Guthrie Healthcare System and co-CEO of Guthrie Health, both based in Sayre, Pa., has announced his retirement.
Mr. Stensager will move into a strategic planning role in March and officially retire in July. Meanwhile, Joseph Scopelliti, MD, president and CEO of Guthrie Clinic and co-CEO of Guthrie Health, will become the sole CEO of Guthrie Health, which is the umbrella organization that includes both Guthrie Healthcare System and Guthrie Clinic.
Mr. Stensager has been with Guthrie since 1998.
