Children's Minnesota, a pediatric health system based in Minneapolis, has tapped Brenda McCormick to serve as senior vice president of finance and CFO, and Jennifer Soderholm as chief development officer and president of the Children's Minnesota Foundation.
Both appointments are effective immediately.
Ms. McCormick most recently served as senior vice president of finance and CFO at Smiths Medical, a medical device company. She was previously vice president, corporate controller and principal accounting officer at Valspar, a paint and coatings manufacturer.
Ms. Soderholm comes to Children's Minnesota from Planned Parenthood North Central States, where she served as executive vice president and chief development officer of the five-state region. She has also served as president of Children's HeartLink, a nonprofit organization focused on sustainable cardiac care for children.
