Daniel Lebish, the CFO and treasurer of Pittsburgh-based Allegheny Health Network, is resigning, according to a Pittsburgh Business Journal report.
Mr. Lebish is taking a job with the insurer Aflac in North Carolina, according to the report.
He previously served as executive vice president of Highmark's integrated delivery network, a role in which he had senior executive responsibility for building Highmark's new provider organization and related integrated delivery network.
Highmark officially acquired West Penn this spring in its move to create Allegheny Health Network. West Penn booked an operating loss of $99 million for the nine months ending March 31, according to the report.
Mr. Lebish's departure is the latest development in a series of workforce changes and executive moves within AHN. The system eliminated three executive positions earlier this week, as well.
