CEO of Ohio's Jewish Hospital Retires

Aurora Lambert, who has been CEO of Jewish Hospital in Cincinnati since 1998, has announced her retirement, according to a Business Courier of Cincinnati report.

Ms. Lambert planned to retire a few years ago, but the Jewish Foundation, which was planning to sell the hospital, asked her to stay until a buyer was found. When Mercy Health Partners agreed to buy the hospital, the system asked her to stay on to ensure a smooth transition.

Ms. Lambert will retire at the end of September. Mercy is currently searching for a new president and CEO.
