Dan Hymans, president and CEO, and Les Whiteaker, vice president and CFO, of Memorial Medical Center in Ashland, Wis., and its parent company, Regional Enterprises , have both announced plans to retire in 2013, according to a Superior Telegram report.
Mr. Hymans will officially retire Oct. 1, 2013. He has been with MMC since 1992.
Mr. Whiteaker will begin working part-time on Jan. 1, 2013 and will officially retire Sept. 1, 2013. He has been with Memorial Medical Center since 1973.
The MMC board to directors has adopted a formal transition plan to help guide the hospital over the next year.
