The University of Vermont Health Network's Central Vermont Medical Center in Berlin selected Matthew Choate, BSN, RN, to serve as permanent CNO, according to Vermont Business Magazine.
Here are three things to know:
1. Mr. Choate has served as interim CNO of the facility since December 2016.
2. Prior to that, he was director of emergency and critical care services at the hospital.
3. He holds an MBA degree, with specialization in finance and healthcare management, from Northeastern University in Boston.
