Dennis Johnson will become president and CEO of Hickory, N.C.-based Catawba Valley Health System, effective Nov. 14.
Mr. Johnson most recently served as president of Elizabethtown, Ky.-based Baptist Health Hardin, according to a news release shared with Becker's.
Mr. Johnson will replace Eddie Beard, who served Catawba Valley Health System for 33 years before his retirement.
