Franklin, Tenn.-based Capella Healthcare appointed Davis W. Turner as vice president, associate general counsel.
Mr. Turner previously served as vice president and assistant general counsel for Vanguard Health System in Nashville, Tenn., where he served for nine years.
Mr. Turner is a member of American Health Lawyers Association and Tennessee Bar Association and has also been active in the Federation of American Hospitals.
