Fayetteville, N.C.-based Cape Fear Valley Health System has named Velvette L. Jones president of the $100 million hospital it is building in Raeford, N.C., according to a Fayetteville Observer report.
The hospital is part of the health system's Health Pavilion Hoke that opened in Raeford in March with outpatient services. The hospital is scheduled to open in 2014.
Ms. Jones most recently served as vice president of the 319-bed Bryn Mawr (Pa.) Hospital, according to the report.
