Michael Kerner, CEO of Bon Secours Hampton Roads (Va.) health system, is stepping down, according to The Virginian-Pilot.
Mr. Kerner has served as CEO of the system since 2008 and has simultaneously served as CEO of Portsmouth, Va.-based Bon Secours Maryview Medical Center since early 2017.
Mark Nantz, executive vice president of Strategic Initiatives for Richmond, Va.-based Bon Secours Health System, will serve as interim CEO until a permanent replacement is found.
