Baystate Medical Center in Springfield, Mass., has named Nancy Shendell-Falik, RN, COO and CNO, according to a report by The Republican.
The position is a new dual leadership role at the medical center.
Ms. Shendell-Falik most recently served as senior vice president for patient care services and CNO of Tufts Medical Center in Boston and its children's hospital, Floating Hospital for Children in Boston.
