Barnesville (Ohio) Hospital has named David Phillips CEO and administrator, effective Aug. 6.
Mr. Phillips will also serve as president of the hospital's subsidiaries — Belmont County Health Services, a medical supply company, and Belmont Professional Associates, a multi-specialty physician practice.
He joined the hospital in 2000 and has served as COO since 2010.
Mr. Phillips succeeds Richard Doan, who has retired.
