Pamela Delagardelle, RN, has been named president and CEO of Waterloo, Iowa-based Allen 
Health System. She will become the first woman to lead the system on Jan. 1, 2013.
Ms. Delagardelle is currently the CEO of Grundy County Memorial Hospital, an affiliate of Allen Health System in Grundy Center, Iowa. She has served as CEO there since 2003.
Ms. Delagardelle will replace Tom Tibbitts, who will retire at the end of this year.
