9 latest hospital, health system CEO moves

Becker's Hospital Review reported the following hospital and health system CEO moves in the last week.

The moves are listed below, in alphabetical order.

1. Coupeville, Wash.-based WhidbeyHealth CEO Geri Forbes is retiring July 1.

2. Larry Goodman, MD, CEO of Chicago-based Rush University System for Health and Rush University Medical Center, plans to retire in the coming months.

3. David R. Lincoln, president and CEO of Tewksbury, Mass.-based Covenant Health, will retire April 26.

4. Southern Tennessee Regional Health System-Lawrenceburg appointed Adam Martin CEO, effective March 25.

5. Mike McBride, president and CEO of Franciscan Missionaries of Our Lady Health System in Baton Rouge, La., is no longer employed with the organization.

6. Jupiter (Fla.) Medical Center and its President and CEO Don McKenna separated March 15, a spokesperson confirmed to Becker's Hospital Review via email.

7. Beaver Dam (Wis.) Community Hospitals laid off its CEO Kim Miller, RN, following its affiliation with Marshfield (Wis.) Clinic Health System.

8. Sparrow Health CEO E.W. Tibbs Jr. has been placed on paid administrative leave after allegations of sexual misconduct were made public.

9. David Triebes, CEO of Samaritan Albany (Ore.) General Hospital, plans to retire at the end of June.
