2. Memorial Hermann The Woodlands (Texas) Hospital selected Justin Kendrick as its new COO and Catherine Giegerich, BSN, RN, as its new CNO.
3. The board of Texas Health Resources in Arlington named Barclay Berdan as the system's next CEO, effective Sept. 1.
4. Glenn Steele, Jr., MD, PhD, announced he is stepping down from his role as president and CEO of Geisinger Health System next year.
5. Sarasota (Fla.) Memorial Hospital named David Verinder as permanent CEO
6. Louise Urban was named the new president and CEO of Jefferson Hospital in Pittsburgh, part of the Allegheny Health Network.
