1. Baltimore-based University of Maryland Medical Center hired Alison Brown, BSN, to lead its Midtown Campus as president.
2. Norwalk, Ohio-based Fisher-Titus Health system selected Brent Burkey, MD, to serve as president of Fisher-Titus Medical Center in Norwalk.
3. Tim Cook, currently CEO of Florida Hospital Apopka and Florida Hospital Winter Garden, will take over as CEO of Florida Hospital Altamonte.
4. Memphis, Tenn.-based Methodist Le Bonheur Healthcare selected Roland Cruickshank to serve as president of Methodist University Hospital in Memphis, effective in March.
5. Orlando-based Florida Hospital tapped Dennis deLeon, MD, to serve as CMO of Florida Hospital Kissimmee, effective March 4.
6. Arthur Evans, administrator/CEO of Bryan W. Whitfield Memorial Hospital in Demopolis, Ala., is retiring June 30.
7. Indianapolis-based St. Vincent, part of St. Louis-based Ascension, appointed Christine Fredric chief strategy officer.
8. Orlando-based Florida Hospital selected Doug Harcombe as CEO of Florida Hospital Celebration Health.
9. Nantucket (Mass.) Cottage Hospital President and CEO Margot Hartmann, MD, PhD, is retiring, effective in the summer of 2019.
10. Winston-Salem, N.C.-based Wake Forest Baptist Health, a five-hospital system, named Kevin P. High, MD, president.
11. Aberdeen, Wash.-based Grays Harbor Community Hospital COO Larry Kahl will depart from the organization April 6.
12. Denver-based Catholic Health Initiatives appointed T. Douglas Lawson CEO of its Texas division and senior vice president of the organization, effective March 19.
13. Sumner Regional Medical Center in Gallatin, Tenn., tapped Geoffrey Lifferth, MD, to serve as CMO.
14. Kahuku (Hawaii) Medical Center selected Alan MacPhee to serve as CEO.
15. St. Petersburg, Fla.-based Bayfront Health tapped Joseph Mullany to serve as regional president and CEO.
16. MemorialCare Saddleback Medical Center in Laguna Hills, Calif., appointed Ryan Olsen COO.
17. New Orleans-based Tulane Health System selected Tom Patrias to serve as COO, effective March 12.
18. Darren Pearce, BSN, CEO of Navicent Health Baldwin in Milledgeville, Ga., resigned after serving in the role for a little over three months.
19. Miami-based Baptist Health South Florida named Patricia Rosello, BSN, MSN, CEO of Baptist Hospital in Miami.
20. Mercy Health-Cincinnati appointed Melissa Samuelson, MSN, DNP, RN, vice president and chief nursing officer of its East Market, which includes Anderson Hospital in Cincinnati and Clermont Hospital in Batavia, Ohio.
21. Orlando-based Florida Hospital appointed Alric Simmonds, MD, CMO of Florida Hospital East Orlando, effective March 4.
22. Gila Regional Medical Center in Silver City, N.M., appointed Richard Stokes its permanent CFO.
23. Eric Tomlinson, chief innovation officer at Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center in Winston-Salem, N.C., and president of Wake Forest Innovation Quarter, is resigning March 1.
24. Roseville, Calif.-based Adventist Health CFO Jack Wagner is retiring, effective March 2.
25. Columbia Memorial Hospital in Astoria, Ore., selected Nicole Williams to serve as COO, a newly created role.
26. South Peninsula Hospital in Homer, Alaska, appointed Joseph Woodin CEO, effective March 26.
27. Northeast Baptist Hospital in San Antonio appointed J. Phillip Young CEO, effective March 5.
