25 latest hospital, health system CNO and CMO moves

Becker's Hospital Review reported the following hospital and health system chief nursing officer and CMO moves in the last four weeks.

The CNO and CMO moves are listed below, in alphabetical order.

1. Medical City Plano (Texas) and Medical City Frisco (Texas) selected Parikshet Babber, MD, to serve as CMO.

2. Lower Bucks Hospital in Bristol, Pa., tapped Ronak Bhimani, MD, to serve as CMO.

3. Alabaster, Ala.-based Shelby Baptist Medical Center selected Jade Brice Roshell, MD, to serve as CMO.

4. Nashville (Tenn.) General Hospital named Deann Bullock, MD, its first female CMO.

5. Lower Bucks Hospital in Bristol, Pa., named Donna Casey, DNP, chief nursing officer.

6. Douglas Coslett, MD, CMO of Wilkes-Barre (Pa.) General Hospital, is stepping down from his role to return to direct patient care.

7. Dignity Health's Northridge (Calif.) Hospital Medical Center tapped Mark Dumais, MD, to serve as CMO, effective March 11.

8. Piedmont Columbus (Ga.) Regional selected Chris Edwards, MD, to serve as CMO of its Midtown campus and its Northside campus, both based in Columbus.

9. Medical City Denton (Texas) tapped Brandy Farrer, RN, to serve as chief nursing officer, effective March 1.

10. Avera St. Luke's Hospital in Aberdeen, S.D., appointed Kelli Fischer, BSN, MSN, vice president of patient care and chief nursing officer.

11. Medical City Lewisville (Texas) tapped Megan Gallegos, DNP, RN, to serve as permanent chief nursing officer, effective March 18.

12. Fountain Valley, Calif.-based MemorialCare appointed Antonio Garcia, MSN, RN, chief nursing officer of Long Beach (Calif.) Medical Center and Miller Children's & Women's Hospital Long Beach.

13. Green Bay, Wis.-based Prevea Health named Ken Johnson, MD, vice president of clinical operations and CMO for its Western Wisconsin service area, effective May 20.

14. Diann Johnston, MSN, RN, will serve as the regional chief nursing officer for West Orange, N.J.-based Southern Region of RWJBarnabas Health and CNO at Monmouth Medical Center in Long Branch, N.J.

15. Lahey Hospital & Medical Center in Burlington, Mass., named Timothy Liesching, MD, CMO.

16. West Palm Beach, Fla.-based Good Samaritan Medical Center selected Joseph Lopez-Cepero, BSN, RN, to serve as chief nursing officer.

17. MetroWest Medical Center in Framingham, Mass., selected Susan Mangini, DNP, as chief nursing officer.

18. Akron, Ohio-based Summa Health tapped Brad Martin, MD, to serve as CMO of quality.

19. Donna Poduska, chief nursing officer of UCHealth Poudre Valley Hospital in Fort Collins, Colo., retired at the end of February.

20. Fort Wayne, Ind.-based Lutheran Health Network selected Natalie Seaber, RN, to serve as market chief nursing officer.

21. San Ramon (Calif.) Regional Medical Center named Wendy Sirivar permanent chief nursing officer.

22. St. Johnsbury-based Northeastern Vermont Regional Hospital appointed Michael Rousse, MD, as CMO.

23. UK HealthCare in Lexington, Ky., named Carol Steltenkamp, MD, its external CMO.

24. Anne Stewart, RN, will assume the CNO role at for Beaumont, Royal Oak (Mich.).

25. Peggy White, chief of nursing at Gila Regional Medical Center in Silver City, N.M., resigned Feb. 4.
