1. Dallas-based Tenet Healthcare Corp. selected Paola Arbour to serve as senior vice president and CIO.
2. Denise Arola, CFO of Craig, Colo.-based Memorial Regional Health, plans to retire at the end of June.
3. Kim Besse is Dallas-based Children's Health's new executive vice president and chief human resources officer.
4. MemorialCare Saddleback Medical Center in Laguna Hills, Calif., appointed Brandi Cassingham, BSN, MSN, RN, chief nursing officer.
5. Danville, Ky.-based Ephraim McDowell Health President and CEO Sally Davenport, RN, is retiring at the end of June.
6. Justin Davis, CEO of Scranton, Pa.-based Moses Taylor Hospital and Regional Hospital of Scranton, is resigning June 5.
7. Hackensack Meridian Health's Southern Ocean Medical Center in Manahawkin, N.J., selected Regina M. Foley, PhD, RN, to serve as COO.
8. Gordon (Neb.) Memorial Health Services selected Allen Gamble to serve as interim CEO.
9. Escondido, Calif.-based Palomar Health appointed Diane Hansen its permanent CEO.
10. Adventist Health Glendale (Calif.) tapped Alice Issai to serve as president, effective July 2.
11. Jeffrey Kepple, MD, CEO of Plumas District Hospital in Quincy, Calif., is departing at the end of 2018.
12. Vancouver, Wash.-based PeaceHealth named Mary Kingston, RN, chief executive of its Oregon network, effective July 30.
13. Centerpoint Medical Center in Independence, Mo., part of Kansas City, Mo.-based HCA Midwest Health, named Bret Kolman CEO.
14. Charlotte Mather, chief nursing officer at Sheridan (Wyo.) Memorial Hospital, is retiring May 18.
15. Santa Fe, N.M.-based Christus St Vincent Health System appointed Lillian Montoya president and CEO, effective June 15.
16. Dallas-based Children's Health named Pete Perialis executive vice president and chief strategy officer.
17. Dallas-based Tenet Healthcare Corp. named Marie Quintana senior vice president and chief marketing officer.
18. Louisville, Ky.-based Norton Healthcare tapped Emmett Ramser, PharmD, to serve as its permanent chief administrative officer of Norton Children's Hospital in Louisville.
19. Ontario, Calif.-based Prime Healthcare appointed Steven D. Wilkinson CEO of its Kansas City Region.
