Prior to UAHS, Mr. Braun served as interim CFO of St. Mary's Healthcare in Amsterdam, N.Y. He also served as CFO of Brooklyn (N.Y.) Hospital Center and CFO of Kaleida Health System in Buffalo, N.Y.
