A new survey from Robert Half Technology outlined the 10 cities in America with the highest job satisfaction rates among CIOs.
Robert Half Technology, an IT staffing company, surveyed more than 2,500 CIOs in 25 metropolitan areas around the United States. Respondents ranked their overall job satisfaction on a 10-point scale, with 10 being the highest.
Here are the 10 cities with the happiest CIOs, according to the survey.

A separate study from Robert Half, Robert Half Technology's parent company, found technology professionals rated three factors among the biggest drivers of job satisfaction: pride in their organization, feeling appreciated and interest in their work. The study was conducted among more than 12,000 employees in the U.S. and Canada.
