On April 27 patients can visit Walmart stores in Northeast Ohio to receive free health screenings, according to The News-Herald.
Patients can undergo free total cholesterol, blood pressure, blood glucose and BMI screenings as well as free consultations with pharmacists. At select locations, Walmart is also offering free vision screenings.
Health professionals will provide low-cost immunizations as well as further education on nutrition and opioids.
Walmart hosts these wellness events quarterly across the country. Since 2014, the retailer has administered more than 3 million free screenings.
