Greenville, S.C.-based Prisma Health has chosen Innovaccer for its healthcare cloud services and to boost population health and value-based care.
The move will allow the 18-hospital system to integrate its various EHRs into one network and give it access to Innovaccer's physician engagement, care management and population health tools. Prisma Health has a value-based care network of more than 377,000 patients called inVio.
