Conway (Ark.) Regional Health System unveiled an electronic self-scheduling portal for patients, according to a Log Cabin Democrat report.
Patients with non-urgent medical care needs can use the InQuicker portal to schedule visits at the hospital. The hospital is aiming to reduce the number of patients with non-life threatening injuries coming into the emergency department or after-hours clinic, thus reducing wait-times.
Patients can gain access to the portal on the hospital's website or a mobile device.
Conway Regional is the first healthcare organization in central Arkansas to implement the portal, according to the report.
