TriHealth has selected Oracle's cloud management system to merge its human resource systems onto a single platform, the Cincinnati-based provider said.
TriHealth will integrate Oracle's Cloud HCM into its five hospitals and 140 care sites to eliminate its human resources department's manual processes, allowing physicians to spend less time on administrative tasks and more time caring for patients, according to a May 13 news release from TriHealth.
"We needed an HR platform from an HCM provider that had experience in our industry and could collaborate with us to improve the value of HR to our team members," said David Cook, senior vice president and chief people officer of TriHealth. "Oracle Cloud HCM will set us up for success as we continue to serve our community."
Oracle's platform will allow TriHealth employees to update their employee profiles from mobile devices or laptops, using self-service HR information and functions.
