Glen Falls (N.Y.) Hospital has partnered with Cerner to integrate the hospital's facilities onto Cerner's EHR platform.
Through the agreement, Cerner will extend its Millennium EHR to Glen Falls Hospital's ambulatory facilities.
Cerner and Glen Falls have worked together since 1996, and in February, Cerner assumed operational and administrative responsibilities for Glen Falls' IT systems through the CernerITWorks services.
"Our new alignment enables Cerner to work even closer with Glens Falls Hospital to further connect the health system onto on EHR and deliver healthcare IT infrastructure innovation today and into the future," said Marcos Garcia, vice president of Cerner ITWorks.
