In the years to come, technology with the ability to augment human behavior will replace standard human-matching artificial intelligence in terms of its potential for disruption and opportunity, per a new Gartner report.
The report predicts the "Top 10 Strategic Technology Trends for 2020." These trends fall broadly into two categories: "people-centric" and "smart spaces," meaning the technologies will "have a profound impact on the people and the spaces they inhabit," according to Brian Burke, vice president Gartner Research.
