The missing flash drive contains affected patients' last names, medical record numbers, dates of birth, gestational ages, birth weights and dates of hospitalizations, according to the report.
The medical center learned the flash drive was missing on Feb. 12, and has now begun contacting affected families to inform them of the data breach.
