Telemedicine provider American Well announced plans to launch online telehealth "exchanges" where patients can search for available physicians to provide virtual consults, according to MedCity News.
American Well announced the exchanges at the mHealth + Telehealth World conference in Boston. Roy Schoenberg, MD, president and CEO of American Well, said at the conference the exchanges would go live in the next couple of weeks, according to the report.
