Allscripts shareholders elected Mara G. Aspinall to its board of directors.

1. Ms. Aspinall is president and CEO of Health Catalysts, an investment and advisory firm focused on healthcare companies. She also serves as executive chairman of the genomics company GenePeeks.
2. She co-founded the International School of Biomedical Diagnostics at Tempe-based Arizona State University.
3. Ms. Aspinall sits on the board of directors of Abcam, Castle Biosciences and Blue Cross Blue Shield Arizona.
4. She earned a master of business administration from Boston-based Harvard Business School and a bachelor of arts in international relations from Medford, Mass.-based Tufts University.
5. In addition to Ms. Aspinall's appointment, Allscripts shareholders reelected all current Allscripts board members.
